At Else Labs I am a full time member of the hardware development team, where I contribute with the prototyping of electronic hardware with tasks ranging from the design of electronic PCBs to validation protocols. However, my contributions and responsabilities are not limited to these, as it is an enviroment that is fast paced and constantly changing depending on the nature and stage of the product being developed. My position within the hardware team has the following responsabilities:-Development of analog and digital systems-Creation and documentation of electronic schematics and diagrams-Electronic design using Eagle and KiCad-Component analysis and selection for new designs-Creation, upgrade and upkeep of custom component libraries for electronic design-PCB assembly of SMD and THT components with rework stations and soldering irons (Lead and Lead-free)-Inventory and BOM management-Prototype design and manufacturing-Manufacturing of wire harnesses -3D modeling of PCBs using Autodesk Inventor and Fusion 360-Maintenance and repair of electronic device-Debug and troubleshooting of analog and digital systems using tools such as oscilloscopes, signals generators, power supplies, logic analyzers and protocol analyzers. -Firmware development for IoT applications using the particle environment -Hardware and software implementation of microcontrollers using AVR and MSP -Version control with Git-Review of technical documents that included system architecture-Design protocols and methods for testing and validating new product features.-Development of validation protocols and commissioning of newly assembled prototypes-Local and remote customer support

During my time in the Health Secretariat I served as part of the incredible team on the Department of Reproductive Health and performed the responsabilities of a Biomedical Engineer for both the department and the UNEME DEDICAM, a goverment funded clinic devoted to increase breast cancer awareness amongst the populationand through early detection and diagnosis. My responsabilities included:-Active participation on tender proceses of breast cancer detection equipment -Implementation of best practices dictated by WHO and ACR to ensure quality service to the public-Supervision of equipment maintanance of mammography, computed Radiography, ultrasounds and RISC-PACS systems-In-house preventive and corrective maintenance of mammography, computed radiography, ultrasounds and RISC-PACS systems-Active participation with suppliers to procure new technology to improve breast cancer detection and diagnosis-Analysis of technical documentation used towards infrastructure planning, design and contruction of health care facilities-Assisted the department of Biomedical Engineering on technical documentation reviews during tender proceses-Remote management of medical equipment located in different hospitals and clinics though out the state of Tamaulipas-Training of health care staff on the operation, administration, and maintenance of specialized equipment used for breast cancer detection and diagnose

During my time at Biotecnologia CADO, I was part of a group of field engineers tasked with performing preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment under contract for hospitals managed by the Health Secretariat of Morelos (Mexico). With in the group, I performed maintenance on medical equipment of the Neonatal care and Radiology. Other responsabilities included:- Troubleshoot, test and repair medical equipment- Remote technical support as needed 24/7- Perform preventative maintenance on existing field instrumentation- Support the installation and training of staff and health care practitioners- Collaborate with colleagues towards equipment diagnosis- Maintain and update spare parts inventory.- Writing diagnosis reports
