My career spans from web development to managing complex projects and automating processes with Artificial Intelligence (AI).My professional journey began with a degree in Computer Engineering and an MBA in Project Management from FGV. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work in various fields, accumulating valuable experiences in national and multinational companies.In web development, I have experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. My main project was developing a web application for project management at Whirlpool, where I was responsible for everything from gathering requirements and validating with stakeholders to creating the entire front and back end of the application.I also worked as a programming instructor for evening technical courses in mechatronics, teaching programming logic in C and microprocessor systems with an emphasis on Arduino. This role allowed me to share knowledge and inspire new talents in the technology field.My experience in project management and IT includes team leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving. In previous positions, I led initiatives to optimize costs and quality, as well as developed automated solutions to improve business process efficiency.Since March 2024, I have been focusing on studying and developing automation using AI. Currently, I am working on developing an AI agent for customer service, which represents the next frontier in digital transformation for businesses.In addition to my technical and professional background, I had the experience of living in Dublin, Ireland, where I improved my English and worked to support myself.
