I am a dedicated Chemical Engineer with a deep passion for advancing innovative research and development in the field. Throughout my academic journey, particularly during my doctoral studies at Louisiana State University, I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to multidisciplinary projects that push the boundaries of knowledge and technology.One of the highlights of my doctoral research was successfully surpassing 20-year benchmarks in Gold Nanoshell synthesis, resulting in smaller dimensions and enhanced optical properties. Additionally, I designed and developed a groundbreaking imaging platform for live plant cell molecular tracking, enabling extensive studies and contributing to our understanding of plant biology.My motivation is rooted in the remarkable potential of nanotechnology to revolutionize various fields, including biomedicine and beyond. Fluent in both English and Portuguese, I bring a unique international perspective to my work, enhancing the diversity of ideas and approaches within my teams.Furthermore, I take pride in my role as a mentor and educator, having trained and guided over 15 users in various applications and earned recognition for my teaching abilities.
