•Be responsible for the proper set-up and strike of all events and activities that take place at the Garden as well as Foundation needs. •Ensure client’s facilities needs are met, South Coast Botanic Garden’s assets are protected, the facility is clean and that security is maintained before, during and after an event.•Be comfortable in dealing with the public, have the initiative to find answers to guests’ questions and have a high aptitude for customer service.

• Perform a variety of routine manual library support tasks including, sorting, shelving, stacking, retrieving a wide variety of library materials.• Maintain Library materials according to alphabetical, numerical and categorical systems.• Conduct shelf reading for accuracy and shift and transport books and other library materials to assigned areas of the library as directed.• Assist in keeping all areas of the library in a clean, neat, and orderly condition and public office supplies stocked.• Pack, unpack and distribute library shipments.• Assist in program and display set-up.• Operate standard office equipment.

• I make the responsible person in charge of the event fill out the required waiver.• I instruct the group members of the event about the different kinds of climbing and how to use the rock climbing gear required for the sport in the appropriate way.• I tell them the rules of the climbing gym and tell them what to be aware of when climbing. • Provide customer service to the event organizers and make sure all the equipment is set correctly in accordance with the safety precautions provided by the gym.- Clean climbing holds and re-set climbing routes.

• Managed the Customer Relationship Management automated system for the company which maintains customer, contacts and sales records.• Despite my lack of experience in this field, in a short period of time I was able to understand the companies processing system and business practices and discovered ways to customize the application to better fit the company’s business needs. The company now has a much better system due to my initiative and hard work.

• I taught children ages 6 through 9 years old the basic skills of soccer including coordination, discipline and physical conditioning. • The lessons I designed for the children provided them with the skills to excel and move up to a higher category within the league.
