• Drive program status to meet milestone dates for each phase of new product launch to ensure customer date is protected and escalate to functional disciplines if dates are in jeopardy.
• Monitor and communicate shortages to ensure parts or tools are in process to support the development, testing and production schedules.
• Coordinates material structuring, ordering and delivery to support development, testing and production for milestone dates.
• Oversees the timely releases and rescheduling of manufacturing and purchase orders to support development, testing and production.
• Works with design, certification, planning, manufacturing, purchasing and suppliers to resolve materials related problems and identify possible work around actions if required.
• Performs other related duties as required.

• Coordinate the maintenance activities of SMT line including Chip mounter, Screen Printer, SPI, AOI and Reflow oven, De-paneling, Laser marking & X-ray
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate corrective maintenance, project work, and preventive maintenance by managing work requests
• Analyzing job requirements, and determining materials, equipment and manpower needs in order to complete maintenance tasks economically and efficiently
• Maintain and modify Stencils, Carrier Pallets & Router Fixtures and support in NPI
• To execute Asset Management as per organization policy and maintain related documentation
• SMT Spares and consumables management (Development, procurement & Storage)Ability to analyze downtime, PM compliance, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (machine availability)

• Develop documentation to support production (work instructions, flow charts, procedures,quality plans, tools, etc.)
• Coordinate together with the CFT and Lean Support Team the implementation of theproduction line layouts and deliver a process within established Indicators
• Upgrade / Design SMT stencils per quality issues
• Upgrade / Design SMT profile per quality issues
• Upgrade / Design wave solder profile per quality issues
• Develop custom tooling for production operation
