• Responsible for the generation and updating of annual income and expense budgets, quarterly forecast for the different products of the company.• Monthly review and analysis of the results of the month, comparing and explaining the differences versus budget and previous year through executive presentations.• Generation of strategies to generate additional income mainly through rate initiatives.• Analysis of transactionality and profitability by product.• Monitoring of monthly compliance with income and expense budgets.
