As Portfolio Manager + Estimator, Luis is responsible for all estimating functions required during the pre-construction phase and launch process. He is an integral part of Elite's commitment to elevated client service as he is responsible for value engineering, budget controls, alternative and comparative studies, constructability reviews and Target Value Design in order to meet and exceed client expectations. Mr. Miramontes is also responsible for ensuring that estimates, bids and GMP’s are complete, accurate, and well supported by recent pricing data and subcontractor input.

As superintendent, Mr. Miramontes was responsible for supervising the field construction, organization, planning, and scheduling of projects in order to complete the work on time, within budget, and to quality specified. He led, directed and coordinated the work of subcontractors and Elite craftsmen while ensuring all applicable OSHA standards and safety standards are adhered to. He was also responsible for logistics which included planning, coordinating, distributing and forecasting Elite’s hardware and equipment inventory and servicing field teams.
