I currently work as an International Trade Consultant for various clients. My role involves expanding new businesses in international markets, both in B2B and B2C environments. Additionally, I provide support in designing their supply chains, logistics, and transportation according to their business model. I also assist my clients with product sourcing, warehouse management, inventory handling, imports, exports, product regulation, e-commerce, and liaising with freight forwarders.

I was responsible for implementing international logistics strategies to ensure timely supply and financial profitability of national and international projects across more than 17 countries. This involved evaluating logistics processes, negotiating with suppliers, managing procurement, import, and export, as well as overseeing 3PL warehouses, customs agents, and freight forwarders. Additionally, I was in charge of compliance and monitoring established KPIs.

I was responsible for ensuring compliance with international regulations for a wide range of import and export goods, as well as preparing documentation for customs clearance. Additionally, I played a key role in facilitating customs clearance and logistics processes by coordinating with various entities, including port terminals, customs authorities, local regulatory agencies, and freight forwarders.

I facilitated smooth import and export of goods by coordinating with customsagents to verify container shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and restrictions. I collaborated with shipping companies to arrange container inspections by the Mexican Customs Authority. Additionally, I managed container release and coordinated with port logistics companies for additional container maneuvers.
