A website that served as a marketing and servicing platform, so people can discover, explore, commit and connect.Project: Nissan/Infiniti. An online portal to build a custom version for every Nissan or Infiniti car models.Additionally, I collaborated in small projects. Project: Macmillan Dynamic Books. A platform for instructors to customize text books, and for students to read these custom text books online.Technologies: Java, Java Script, HTML, CSS.• Provide input for the definition of the QA aspects for the project's development process. • Estimate the test cases design stage and the testing stage as well.• Active participation in meetings: sprint planning, bug triage, daily stand up, staging and production builds.• Design test cases, test plans and test suites for web applications and mobile devices.• Coordination of tasks with the rest of the QA team.• Test cases execution. Following a process, different types of testing were implemented. • Defect reporting and bug management.• Perform regression testing on release candidates, and smoke testing on production builds.• Direct communication with costumer.

Project: National Geographic School Publishing: The system provides a learning management ecosystem for Students and Teachers to use Educational Resources Online, including e-Books, images, videos and interactive tools.Technologies: Tomcat, MySql, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Tapestry, Flash, ANT, Subversion, Web Services, Flex.Manage issues and requests from client. Coordinate with others leads the assignation of the issues.Constant interaction with the client to treat status and possible delivery dates for their issues to be resolved. Also I was the bridge between both QA teams, client's and ours. For certain components of the application I was assigned as the point person due my expertise and good communications skills with the client and project manager. Also, point person for client when the project manager is out. Contact person between developers and some project leads, and the client. Perform testing and application validations for production releases and inform the client and the team the status of that validations and testing.

Perform testing to the entire system, including full regression testing, smoke test, safari test, sign off reports for the project management and client. Follow the process and focused on keeping the project manager and client following the processes to avoid problems with delivery dates and discomfort on both parts.Project: Intercontinental Hotel Group:The only QA person for test a demo application related with submit Hotels into the hotel's group.Project: ECOT: Customer Relationship Management Application (CRM)Test analyst and test developer for a large scale "Customer Relationship Management Application"(CRM).Technologies: Tomcat, MySql, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Tapestry, Flash, ANT, Subversion, WebServices, Flex.

In charge of take all contracts from clients and analyze them, migrate the technologies as per client's request. Or in some cases, recommend the client to change to a better technology.Permanent contact with sales person from oracle around the continent.

As a part of contingency team, I was trained to know all about Maersk main business in the Global Center in Costa Rica as well as the main business in the others Centers around the world, so in case of an emergency, our department can take control or assist to the center with problem to deliver the work. Named as one of the leaders within the department to be an expert on the business of one specific Center outside the country, perform trainings and manage or handle all the logistics to assist the center in trouble.As Global Contract Management part of the team, i was in charge of make sure all contract specifications were actually well done to avoid mistakes. This was more like quality job than administrative like the other in contingency department.
