-Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principals and the tax law and their effect on engagements. -Perform basic research, using the topical index of at least one tax service.-Perform tax returns and assignments accurately and correctly and within time budgeted and within client deadlines.-Recognize tax problems and bring to the attention of manager, senior manager or principal in a timely manner.-Prepare tax returns (1040, 1041, 1065, 1120 & 1120s) within a time budgeted and within client deadlines-Ability to organize and understand client materials and its effect within the engagement.-Ability to communicate details and basic tax issues in a clear and concise manner.

-Prepare basic 1040's and 1041's while staying within a time budgeted/client deadline-Communicate effectively when a tax issue arises-Understand important aspects of the clients business and industry

-To perform Accounts Payable processing functions, both manually and on the fiscal office accounting software-To prepare proofs of cash for various bank statements and funds-To assist in the financial analysis projects through use of Excel spreadsheets-To assist in processing of deposits-To assist in creating and posting journal entries
