Luis M. Padrón is the Senior Partner of Padrón & Estévez-Pazos, P.L. where he practices exclusively in the area of Marital and Family law. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Padrón is board certified by The Florida Bar in the field of Marital and Family Law. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a family law mediator and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Padrón is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, The Florida Bar, the Supreme Court of the United States Bar Association, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Judicial Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Section of Family Law, Dade County Bar Association, Family Law Committee; Florida Bar, Family Law Committee (Co-chair of Domestic Violence Committee and Co-chair of the Rules and Forms Committee); Family Law Chapter of the American Inns of Court Chapter 181; Florida Bar Grievance Committee and Florida Academy of Certified Mediators. Mr. Padrón served as President of the Family Law Chapter of the American Inns of Court Chapter 181 and has also lectured at numerous seminars on topics relevant to marital and family law.
