I am a project engineer under the Project Controls group within the Program and Project Management (PPM) business line, currently working on projects in the Washington DC Metro area. I provide cost engineering, scope determination, and quantity take off services to clients in both vertical construction, and horizontal civil work. As Project Engineer I also provide scheduling support performing monthly schedule update reviews to meet CPM Primavera P6 contract specifications, and provide the field team with feedback on key scheduling concerns. Clients include local and federal government, ranging from higher education to water and sewer infrastructure. I also assist resident engineers in the construction management of water and sewer infrastructure projects such as pumping station rehabilitation, and sewer line rehabilitation. This scope of services includes handling of submittals, RFIs, claims, progress meeting coordination, change management, and other office engineering related work.
