Responsible for developing and managing the content that represents a brand across platforms. Develope a content strategy with the brand's marketing and communication objectives.Social Media Management Planning, scheduling, and publishing content on different platforms, ensuring consistency in the brand's tone and style writing and producing original content (articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, etc.) that resonates with the audience.Performance Analysis Monitoring and analyzing content performance using analytics tools, adjusting the strategy as needed.Collaboration with designers, marketing teams, and other creatives to produce content that engages and converts the audience.Ensure the engage, creative and strategic content aligned with the brand's values and goals.

Manage the correct use of the communication Channel in the company, developing a full corporate presence around the company in order to increase and identify al the employees with the objectives, develop of communication campaigns ensuring in all levels the correct message, introducing all the employees in a new culture model where the most important is that everybody is the key element at the same level.With the diferents programs we can introduce the employee with this new culture, sport activities, celebrations, manufacturing and familiar programs can get the enough strength to create a healthy work environment.To reinforce all this programs, I have to coordinate the use of the differents ways to communicate like e-mailng, corporate tv´s and printable letters around the factory where i am covering around 1,000 employes.
