** OVERVIEW **As a senior member of the executive team, I was hired to direct a team of professionals to drive strategic leadership and program management. I manage a 12-member team and budget administration. My responsibilities include creating cardio tennis programs, 10 & Under Tennis Protocol programs, USTA teams, and high-performance programs with nationally ranked players. I manage overall tennis operations and court scheduling of all programs, including juniors, season courts, USTA teams, and clinics of all levels.** HIGHLIGHTS **► Improved junior tennis program and player development by helping to implement the 10 & Under Tennis Protocol program that redesigned reward system, teaching methods, disciplinary action, and tennis protocols.► Helped increase USTA teams at the club, from 8 to 17 USTA teams at the club with each team averaging 15 players.► The Club achieved recognition in the last two years for running junior sanctioned USTA tournaments (Levels 5-7); one of the first clubs in the area to run Universal Tennis Rating tournaments, the most accurate rating system in the sport.► Generated program revenue and new customers by creating a more structured, high-performance program with clear goals surrounding player development and game structure.► Developed New Canaan Racquet Club YouTube channel during COVID-19 pandemic to keep customers / community connected with the club with engaging content for juniors and adults.

ASSISTANT TENNIS DIRECTOR & JUNIOR COORDINATOR (2020)Leadership role developing programs for adults and juniors. Supervised six staff members. Served as manager on duty at all times, ensuring program and professional standards. Assisted in managing tennis events. Evaluated performance of six assistant tennis professional. Planned junior interclub matches for 36 players every Thursday, during six weeks of the summer. Advertised tennis events at the club. Wrote curriculum for the junior program with 112 players actively participating in the clinics. Maintained billing / attendance record for summer ladies’ teams for all practices. Prepared site for home matches. Managed staff communications with teams.► Ensured participants were confirmed and even numbers were available to make event successful.► Created comprehensive programming in collaboration with the Director of Tennis.Developed curriculum for all summer practices.► Ran highly successful event, “The Harley Davidson invitational” with 20 doubles teams of all levels and all players dressed as bikers with a special price for the team with the best costumes.► Served as liaison of the Fairfield County Women’s Tennis League Division 5 champions.MEN’S CO-COORDINATOR (2017)Developed with Director of Tennis a comprehensive program for adult men including competitive and recreational activities. Explained programs, introduced new and successful clinic “C Training” for newbies to the sport.► Targeted the “working women” demographic by creating a clinic that catered to work schedules and also wine and cheese socials after tennis sessions.
