Information Technology Support Engineer
Current-Supporting the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems hosting the Feith Software Suite.- Contributing to the management of IT system infrastructure and associated processes.- Executing Windows and Linux (RHEL7+8) system administration tasks with precision, ensuring the optimal performance of these systems.- Providing support to IT systems and Feith Software, handling day-to-day operations, monitoring, and swift problem resolution for Feith implementations.- Supporting the ticketing system (Jira & Internal), remaining actively involved in the resolution process to enhance efficiency.- Collaborating effectively with team members, making significant contributions to collective success.- Applying critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions for both internal and customer IT environments.- Becoming familiar with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server Databases as well as AWS and Azure Cloud Environments.
