Supervised quality activities in 8 Plants, manufacturing automotive electrical systems. Coordinated activities for customer certifications – VDA 6.1, EAQF 94, QS 9000 – and international certification ISO/TS 16949. Environment certification ISO 14001. Achieved Audi Supplier of the Year Award in 2 times.

Managed operations activities both in electrical systems and cable production. Coordinated annual budget for the plant, defined the plant operational plan for each department. During his responsibility the plant increased annual activity from 47,5 Mil€ to100 Mil€ in electrical systems sales and 10,2 Mil€ to 20 Mil€ in cable sales. Excellent Supplier Award from Renault and President Council Honors from GM.

Supervised Total Quality and Manufacturing activities

Implemented quality system for ISO 9001 certification. Coordinated actions for logistic certification EALF. Initiated a program to improve manufacturing efficiency by 50% and reducing the scrap by 40%. Participated actively in the integration of the operators from Renault plant to Delphi organization.
