• Lead daily NAV production team for several clients with low to high complexity fund structure and strategy, including multi-managed funds, fund of funds, hedge, bond, equity and emerging market funds • Provide excellent client service by delivering accurate and timely reports on a daily and monthly basis while working under extremely tight deadlines• Partake in Big 4 auditor calls and assist with investigative work • Work closely with client controllers, investment analysts and CFO’s to provide answers and solutions to issues and inquires related to their funds• Oversee capital stock, income and expense ledger postings; perform cash reconciliation and sub ledger to trial reconciliation; and trade review • Calculate fund ROC, capital gains and income distributions and provide analysis• Partake in the recruitment and selection of talent and the performance review of junior staff• Proficient use of Excel formulas and pivot tables; and working knowledge of VBA • Maintain staff highly motivated, well trained and ensure good team morale by acting as strong role model and team player• Winner of Rising Star award for outstanding achievement
