Directed and managed $400M to build Afghanistan's security and governance structure, leading 102 joint personnel to train, advise, and assist Afghan Defense Forces on processes and capability gaps. Created first U.S.-Partner distribution plan to decrease delivery lead time by 4 months, saving $25M annually and resupplying 229 strategic supply depots.

Managed the organization’s inspection and evaluation program, and validated operational performance standards for 76 personnel spanning over 34 Air Force specialty codes.

Oversaw the organization’s process improvement program by revamping 12 focus areas through industry fundamentals and methodologies to surpass predetermined customer agreements to optimize organizational lapse in manpower.
