Responsible for managing a large account base. Developed collection procedures for accounts receivable. Represent company in court litigation. Prepare collection letters and statement of accounts. Investigation of all claims regarding charges of freight, US Customs and others. Calculates minimum acceptable payments for delinquent accounts. Follow up collection call and clarify balance due with mayor accounts as needed

Responsible for complete accounting cycle: payroll processor, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory maintenances, internal audit of billing process, posting payments, processing bank deposit registers, accounts reconciliation, maintaining vendors files, processing of billing statements. Produce reports: aging of payable & receivable
