As a Farm Representative at Bluewhite, I apply my expertise in year round farm operations, and the farm equipment being used, to ensure the quality and efficiency of our client's crop production. I also use my problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that arise in the field or in the operations. I have strong communication skills that have been continuously developed by keeping an open line of communication with the R&D, Support, and Operations departments throughout my career.I joined Bluewhite in 2022 as a Robotics Operator, where I learned how to operate and maintain the automated systems that support our farming activities. I was promoted to Operations Team Lead in 2023, where I supervised and trained a team of four operators. In 2024, I transitioned to the Farm Representative role, where I work closely with the farmers, management, and our customers to deliver the best product and service possible. I am passionate about the mission of Bluewhite, which is to provide sustainable, innovative, and cost effective solutions for the agricultural sector. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can help us achieve our goals!
