Working in a three people team, keeping them united among themselves, so that the work was always fairly distributed (obviously depending on the capabilities of each one) and discussed by everyone through brain storming meetings.I conceptualized magazine layouts for paper and digital editions of several publications. One of the measures taken was the creation of templates for magazine's different sections and pages in order to facilitate the process. Responsible for a wide variety of promotional and marketing projects for Men’s Health magazine:I worked directly with the Marketing and Advertising Director for founding the “Special Campaigns Department”. The aim of this department was the develop of alternative proposals to common advertising pages to the magazine advertisers, such as inserts, braces, booklets, flaps, etc..In this department were also conceptualized all graphic materials to support marketing actions and magazine events. All magazine merchandising was created in this department too.Coordination of a three person team that develop Men’s Health magazine layouts.

Responsible for all graphic design projects - In this design studio I was the owner and the only graphic designer and as such gained great experience by being directly involved on the complete process of all works without exception, from the first sketch done in conjunction with the client at the briefing meeting until the supply of the printed work to the same customer. By the middle of the process there were always several meetings to present the draft until the final version was approved by the customer. This experience was very important for me because it gave me quite at ease in the meetings and communication with customers.Budget and production/print supervisor

Art director - Responsible for a five person team in the graphic design department, where they developed all sorts of projects, from the initial sketch to the final printed work. This agency had been major clients companies in the IT, fashion, construction and services sectors.Develop a wide range of graphic design projects and all kinds of final artworksPrint monitoring and control - I was also responsible for analyse and approve budgets, and for controlling and coordinate the production and offset printing.
