Provided RF engineering services to customer (Sprint). Responsible for serving territory in Chicago to ensure performance of wireless network in order meet the service level agreements. Evaluated network defects then optimized and/or correct network components as well as troubleshoot and resolved customer trouble tickets.•Detected & Mitigated RF interferers that affect Sprint’s network performance (iDEN, CDMA, EVDO).
