My responsibility in this position is to define, design and implement the corporate policies and procedures of Human Resources function for the whole Group, namely hiring and recruitment, training and development, perfomance appraisal, organizational structures, compensation and benefits, internal comunication, administration, payroll and labour relations. I have implemented an internal project regarding organizational structure, involving the complete headcount of the company, where all the job descriptions were elaborated in cross functional working groups, also the organization charts, reporting lines, formal communication lines, as well as a job evaluation to create a grading system and a compensation scale.In this responsability I am also in charge of the Health and Safety and Environment organisation.
