Working for the major worldwide cupper Production Company in the Corporate Maintenance Management I attend the 8 Division sites with focus to Lead Maintenance projects which include:• Management of spare and materials for Major Shutdowns with budgets since USD$ 1MM to USD $45 MM.• Criticality Analysis of components, spare and material, defining an standard to evaluate the criticality and management the material planning and inventory, allowing saving some USD $MM by setting the optimal service level.• Lead an OEM project, by defining a standard to identify components, spare and materials as OEM and management with purchase team to generate appropriate business.

Reporting to Reliability Superintendent, responsible to lead reliability strategies for mechanic and electrical equipments for pulp process (+2.000 assets) daily diagnosis and work meetings with Operations, Maintenance and HSE, mainly: Defining strategies and preventive maintenance plans, inspections routines and PdM according to RCM, Criticality Analysis and Bad Actors Analysis. Lead Root Cause Analysis in high impact failures (Ishikawa, 5W, cause effect), identify work plan actions to reduce the failures. Coordinate and lead QA / QC process and commissioning of equipment during general plant stops (QA/QC turnaround coordinator). Online condition monitoring (vibration) for pumps, electric motors, fans, conveyors (PdM). Estimation and reporting of KPIs of Reliability (MTBF, availability), management of notices in SAP-PM.

Reporting to Reliability Superintendent, generate Reliability support for Head of Maintenance in Transportation of Fluids and Tailings; set the best strategy for Maintenance Global Plans of the main equipment in pumping systems, thickeners, pipelines, valves, gates, electrical systems and others, according to their main failure modes, responsible in: Define equipment criticality generate strategies guidelines and maintenance standards in equipment according to criticality level. Development of multiple RCAs (pumping system, piping; tanks), conduction and implementation of corrective action / improvement plan. Data analysis and process variables; estimation and reporting of KPIs of Reliability for systems and equipment in plant. Participation and support in planning, execution of maintenance matrix plan in TFT plant, spare parts cataloging. Capture of operational data, development of test protocols for new equipment and components.

Reporting to maintenance Manager, to generate annual reliability program and lead its implementation focusing on RCM and improve of maintenance programs-execution for keep availability 98%+ of assets in factory for protein production (550 Ton day), focused on: Lead the workflow of the plant's reliability technicians, generate guidelines to reduce corrective and improve preventive maintenance. Establish a Criticality Analysis model for main systems and equipment’s (conveyors, tray sealers, thermoforming), prioritize assets according criticality levels, preparing FMECA, RCA to improve maintenance programs, reducing downtimes in 10%. Measuring downtimes, structuring and monitoring of KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, Availability) in major machines and process lines, statistical analysis of failure data, optimizing frequency on maintenance guidelines SAP-PM. Increase of availability around 1 to 2%. Preparation of pre-start checklists for critical equipment´s. Fault detection, program preventive action plan, reducing breakdowns. Lead and document high impact and recurrent failure analysis in process machines, use of RCA technique (improving in lubrication programs, material selection, activities and replace frequency, critical spare and parts availability). Main achieves: reducing breakdowns during starts around 10%, increase of availability among 1-2%, reducing of maintenance costs, + 10 technician training in RCA metodologhie

Lead the Reliability project for the process area “Automatic Storage and Recovery System (ASRS)” of tires at the Goodyear tires manufacturing plant, focused on the improvement of Preventive Maintenance plans, based on: Development of Criticality Analysis for the main equipment that make up the ASRS process (conveyors, loading robots, lubricating machines), prioritize according to their level of criticality for the preparation of RCM, FMECA and RCA. Structuring, calculation and monitoring of KPIs of Reliability and Maintenance (MTTR, MTBF, Availability) in conveyors, robots, lubricating machines, statistical analysis of data of failure and maintenance of SAP-PM (Uptimes, Downtimes). Development of FMECA in conveyors, lubricating machines, recovery robots, incorporation of preventive maintenance actions to the maintenance master plan with a focus on improving the availability of critical equipment. Generation of Jack-Knife for identification of critical and chronic failures in different ASRS systems. Preparation of catalogs of failures for its configuration in SAP-PM, review and structuring of SAP-PM equipment tree. Diagnosis and follow-up of management of maintenance shifts based on KPIs (MTTR, MTBF) of reliability and maintenance

Lead the implementation of annual operational reliability plan, identify improvement opportunities for maintenance using Reliability methodologies, planning, execution and monitoring of reliability actions for hydrocarbon industrial plants, gas compression, steam generation (boilers) and drilling rigs of wells, achieved through: Diagnosis and Ranking of Assets according to their level of criticality (40 oil plants, 40 steam plants), generating a plan of maintenance actions, inspections, redesign and direction of the resources on those identified with the highest criticality. Monitoring the performance of steam plants through KPIs of reliability and maintenance (MTTR, MTBF, Availability) detecting weaknesses and implementing maintenance actions allowing increasing their availability from 90% to 95%. Leadership of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of continuous faults in steam generation plants - boilers, rockers for oil extraction, generating proposals for redesign, allowing the reduction of failure rate in its main components. Generation and improvement of preventive maintenance plans, preparation of FMEA for steam plants (Boilers), implementation and monitoring of their execution through the Management and Maintenance Control System (plan, schedule, execute).

Responsible to identify opportunities for improvement in Maintenance using Reliability methodologies, monitoring the correct management of assets for the management of oil (industrial plants), gas compression and drilling well drilling. Root Causes Analysis Leadership to solve recurrent problems in electro submersible pumping systems, allowing to increase the run life (of electric submersible pumps) and decreasing its failure rate between 20% - 30%. Generation of FMEA and Preventive Maintenance plans for oil handling and treatment plants (Flow Stations). Calculation and monitoring of reliability indicators (MTTF, MTTR, MTBF) for oil pumping systems, drilling rigs. Participation in SAP-PM implementation project, creation of Technical Locations, Equipment Trees, Fault catalogs. Modeling of RAM systems for projects from their design phase, generation of Reliability forecast.

Responsible for the management and development of basic engineering of projects for the incorporation and optimization of surface facilities for oil and gas management, leading the assembly of pipelines for oil transportation, incorporation of pumping modules, equipment for measuring flow, mechanical accessories in sections of pipes (valves, fittings of large diameters). Project management, evaluation and selection of alternatives, management of economic indicators for capital investment projects. Lead field inspections, generating Technical Reports, technical specifications for generation of preventive and corrective maintenance actions in oil transportation systems (oil pipelines), oil handling and pumping (flow stations). Condition evaluation in oil collection, processing and transportation systems for the incorporation of new oil pipelines. Coordinate in the design, preparation of plans and field installation of pipes and mechanical arrangements, valves.

Encargado de la supervisión y coordinación de operaciones de control ambiental, manejo y disposición en terreno de lodos proveniente de las perforaciones de pozos.Garantizar recursos y logística para el oportuno traslado de lodos de perforación a centros de acopio (productos base agua y aceitosos, frecuencia de traslado de 20 m3 diarios) con uso de volquetas y tanques. Mantener reportes y registros operacionales diarios actualizados, consolidación de operaciones mensuales. Coordinar y supervisar trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en tanques de almacenamiento de fluidos y recipientes de almacenamiento de lodos.

Elaboración de Análisis de Modo y Efecto de Fallas (AMEF) junto con el manual y plan de mantenimiento preventivo para maquina termoenvasadora de aceite vegetal.
