Supervise 23 direct reports (Customer Service Representatives) — Evaluate performance, coach, counsel, develop, and motivate employees Provide feedback and follow up to employees related to quality assurance evaluations and safety audits Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures, state and federal protected leave laws, affiliate transaction regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements, and Cal OSHA Safety requirements Responsible for meeting or exceeding departmental goals for safety, accuracy, efficiency, Customer Satisfaction, and Level of Service Maintain high quality service standards, favorable customer relations and public imageSafety Advisor  Work collaboratively with both Labor Unions as it relates to safety Promote and support company safety goals Provided ergonomic advice to employee's about the workstations and instruction, training or tools about recommended methods and practices.
