Conceptual design and capacity calculation for revamping and improving of all the facilities of existing plant which bring savings greater than US$ 5.000 Mi/year. Other responsibilities include giving support to plant validation to comply with cGMP standards in order to get approval on Brasilian Regulatory agency (ANVISA). Plant adaptation to new products manufacturing and improvement of the existent portfolio to satisfy new requirements: - cost, design or quality oriented.

Responsible for monitoring and adjust process parameters and recipes of Nitrile Rubber and other specialty polymers (ABS and MBS included) on Nitriflex facilities on Duque de Caxias Plant to meet quality specification limits and achieve outstand efficiency metrics. Optimizing process systems and equipments to adapt the company industries for increase its competivity no polymer global market.

Responsible for detailed engineering (chemical engineering and process issues, including relief conceptual and basic design, utilities conceptual and basic design, PFD and P&ID elaboration, operational procedures, operators training and data sheet elaboration and instrumentation and equipment technical evaluation and approval) of a US$ 5.500 Mi Nitriflex facility on Bahia for production of 5.500 t/year of MBS and SAN resin.
