• Drive Executive Recruiting in multiple Technology organizations. • Partner with business leaders and demonstrate expert level of understanding of the line of business recruiting needs, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of recruiting responsibility as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectations. • Keen ability to anticipate talent needs, perform market research, leverage diversity initiatives and sourcing strategies to staff and build candidate pool• Strategizing with business leaders and business partners for hiring needs as well as future talent needs• Managing expectations and anticipate recruitment challenges• Built a trusted personal and professional brand with the business through deep market expertise, knowledge produced and vast professional network. • Coach, lead, and motivate team of contractors• Ownership of numerous high visibility projects, recruiting initiatives, and recruiting outreach events• Provide updates to key partners on weekly basis• Mitigate and manage any risk or escalations as it relates to client organizations.• Lead regular recruiting round-tables with hiring leaders and HRBPs to define success, create a target candidate profile, set expectations around timelines and communication, and overall talent attraction solution.

Partner with internal hiring managers and HR Business Partners to create recruiting strategies.• Recruit active and passive candidates via internal applicant tracking system, LinkedIn, job fairs, and career events. • Drive full cycle recruitment process by maintaining relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates.• Assist with development of new and creative sourcing/recruitment practices.• Ensure compliance against company policy and government regulations.• Extend offers and assist candidates throughout the on boarding proces

• Coordinating & attending events (job fairs, information sessions, presentations, etc.)• Building partnerships with schools to support hiring initiatives • Reporting weekly hiring activity • Developing comprehensive reports distributed to leadership• Assisting candidates from testing all the way through background checks
