My experience started as Maintenance manager in an electronic company, after that I dedicated 2 years developing a patent that was technically successful but not comercially, at this time my experience in Johnson Controls started as Manufacturing Engineer knowing all the areas in the plant, at this time, I was the one of the key engineer in the plant, participating in all the projects and areas. After 15 years I took care of the implementatation of the new Continuous Improvement dept. were I learned the figures of the plant and how to improve the plant performance looking for savings. After 3 years I started as Manufacturing engineering and maintenance manager in Guardamar plant. In that position, I developed a successfull maintenance team and started with the TPM implementation. With the Engineering team we have managed a budget of 4 million € in avg. per year, spending this money making my plant more profitable, productive, and enviromentally frendly, In my carear has been plenty of new developments made by my team and myself that has been installed in others plants and under my leading, plant Guardamar has been consider as one of the most innovative plants of the companyMost of the persons in my team has achieve higher responsabilities after the pass for my dpt.
