I have taken extensive financial analysis and forecasting courses, but I believe hands-on experience analyzing a broad spectrum of companies and projects have honed in my skills to become an expert on identifying profit drivers and cost-cutting opportunities. As you know, projections and strategic plans are useless unless there is direction and leadership in their deployment. The implementation of previous plans has consisted of communicating effectively with all the stakeholders and managing the desired outcome into activities tracked daily by leading metrics.
