• Administrate secondary Market • Manage all rate lock requests to ensure pricing accuracy• Analyzing and matching loan criteria with investor guidelines to ensure loan quality• Working with Optimal Blue pricing engine and encompass LOS• Monitoring locked pipeline for follow up on lock expiration’s, cancellations, extension, change request• Working with post-closing to ensure loans are delivered and sold• Review loans for pricing and eligibility issues• Review daily rates for accuracy and confirmation• Verify company margins

• Meet with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right loan products to help meet their goals.• Maintain an active knowledge base of all the organization’s loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant.• Identify and recommend products that meet the customer’s needs and the organization’s lending guidelines.• Review active loan files each day to determine if any documents are missing or what can be done to help the process along.• Utilize professional judgment to determine which potential borrowers represent good risk opportunities for the organization.
