Feasibility Evaluation: Provides report on topography, headlines, drainage, and other construction risks while also preparing production estimate using PVsyst. Performs irradiation, yield, string check, climate analysis, and various other feasibility studies for stakeholders and clients on prospective greenfield construction sites.Facility Design: Designs in or manages team responsible for design of hydro, solar, power plant, and wind farm facilities and infrastructure, delivering technical specifications, scope, and civil engineering work included into RFP sent out into market to identify and source contractors for construction phase.Construction Management: Monitors and manages ongoing construction through, tracking project parameters including budget, invoicing, schedules, manpower, and other KPI measurements while ensuring progression toward anticipated deliverables.Stakeholder Management: Prepares regular progress reports and communicate directly with client-side management teams and contractor, proactively identifying potential change order requests, project scheduling issues, and other high-risk matters/red-flags.Change Order Management: Review of change order requests, advising client on implications and impact while overseeing any adjustments to construction operations.Quality Inspections: Evaluate structural, mechanical, electrical, and all other constructed components as project milestones are met.
