- Permanently leading a planning process for the future of the organization - Cost & Productivity improvement - Master planning; last version: 500 US$MM to total Mfg plant reconversion (product, equipment, process and facilities) - Leading a process of Quality system implementation, - ISO / QS 9000 certification (1st time in Goddyear Chile) during years 90's - Leading processes of continuous improvement with emphasis in: - Layout and in general material flow definitions and implementations - Overall EQ efficiency to define action plans - Plant Requirement vs Capacity & Capability including complexity and concurrency analysis - Spearheading the relations (social / sport) as a form of complementary support to organizational objectives (aacording to managment directions).
