I am fixated on helping others thrive in the workplace. Through helping others with technological problems, I have found growth in myself. I understand how to train others and effectively communicate to them how they can become more efficient workers.I have pursued various jobs growing up, being a magician with my brother and helping him perform in international competitions. I also have worked within the food industry at Valentino’s to learn to grow my communication skills from just being a performer telling jokes, to understanding how to talk with people and sell products. Then I worked in insurance marketing for UNICO to brand safety for the future. This enhanced my ideas of design and finding people to market to. It also brought along teamwork through working with various departments to market insurance or learn more about what others are doing in a place of business.I’ve been told I am an everything person, you hand me a blank task and I can work through it to often exceed expectations. I saw that I could help build efficiency in the workplace with my people skills and my computer skills. That’s when I decided to work for a small business, The Computer Magician, as an IT Technician.As a technician, I help others rid themselves of frustration and often teach them how to work out common problems. This efficiency has helped their business grow because they don’t have to waste time on small computer errors. These opportunities have helped me become a person who seeks to find problems and gain solutions, then spread that knowledge to others.
