I am a mechanical engineer with 10 years of experience in the food industry. I have specialized in cereal milling with a degree from the Swiss School of Milling and I have knowledge in the extraction and refining of vegetable oils.I am currently working as a Production Manager leading a team of more than 200 collaborators of different academic levels.
