CurrentAs the HR Manager at Meraki Solutions, I am responsible for overseeing the recruitment and employee relations processes. My key responsibilities include:- Recruitment Strategies: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies for various roles including Project Managers, Web Designers, Developers, QA Specialists, and Virtual Assistants.- Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure a perfect fit for our clients and internal teams.- Employee Relations: Managing the interactions between employees and their respective companies, as well as our agency. Conducting regular check-ins and addressing any concerns or needs.- Onboarding and Training: Overseeing the onboarding process and creating training programs to support employee development and integration.- Performance Management: Monitoring and evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and supporting career growth.- HR Policy Development: Creating and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and foster a positive work environment.
