• Lead all branding aspects for the NBC-affiliated news station in Denver, including but not limited to the education, development, implementation, and effectiveness of its current brand.• Spearhead regeneration of brand health by developing a detailed 2-year plan with 2 distinct phases and 24 activations per phase; lead staff to achieve completion of Phase 1 by February 2020. Constructed and developed core organizational values that define 9News’s identity.  Led organizational research and gathering of data, supported cross-functional strategic planning, and developed and facilitated 8-hour transformational brand workshops designed to educate audiences, staff, and senior leadership.  As a result, established a more inclusive and empowering workplace culture, which led to acquisition of new talent and decline in talent turnover, with improved workflow efficiency and utilization of resources.• Developed and executed internal communications plans that elevated company culture and fostered a more positive working environment. • Curated experiences to help employees live, breathe, and experience new company core values, including the Inclusive Dinners program which allowed employees to engage with key influencers and stakeholders and learn how to elevate and propel business goals. Additional experiences include the Culture Committee and the 9 News Internal Committee.

• Developed Go-to-Market strategy to deliver unique value proposition for targeted audience and achieve competitive advantage. • Responsible for content creation, including content for social media and development of 5- to 30-second commercial spots, which involved conceptualizing, editing, shooting, production, and editing. • Implemented cross-departmental collaboration, developing a strategy and workflow that enabled stronger collaboration with the Social Media team for the company’s largest campaign (Denver Broncos).  Built and delivered assets and workflows that increased ease of use for Social Media team. • Constructed, developed, and produced successful campaigns that increased ROI, including the Broncos campaign and 9 Cares Colorado Shares.  Also created the Celebrate Humanity campaign, aimed at celebrating all of Denver’s communities year-round for their cultural backgrounds, to celebrate and encourage inclusivity within the community, while also empowering inclusivity within the organization.

• Increased sales for Grandma’s House, a local Denver business, by 20% through a complete brand overhaul by providing a framework for marketing and communications. Also increased bottom line and developed opportunities for expansion into the events industry by developing a more profitable system for handling private parties.

• Founded and launched a successful business that grew from 2 to 20 employees within 1 year; developed business plans, recruited and trained core staff, maintained oversight of financial management and operations, and networked to build client base. • Successfully constructed and developed powerful brands from conceptualization to launch for this independently-owned creative studio specializing in brand strategy, marketing, and content production.• Supported clients such as Whole Foods Planet, My 24, Career Shift, and Dogtology, with budgets ranging from $30K - $250K per year.
