I found what I needed. . .In the world of work and during my years of experience, I have been on both sides of the curb, I have been a collaborator who carried out by instructions and I have been the one who has had to guide and lead others to achieve the goals, I have been an internal client and provider, but I always felt that there was something missing, that while it is important to work for results, even more important is to put at the center those who do let this happen: the people.I devoted myself to listening to collaborators with a different ear, paying attention to what were those motivators behind the requests and I understood that people do not ask for things just because they ask, that there is a more important reason behind them, reasons like family, their people and work growth, hobbies, balance in their lives, fulfill dreams and other desires.So I made the decision that if I wanted this to happen, I had to be part of it and take action.
