I found what I needed. . .In the world of work and during my years of experience, I have been on both sides of the curb, I have been a collaborator who carried out by instructions and I have been the one who has had to guide and lead others to achieve the goals, I have been an internal client and provider, but I always felt that there was something missing, that while it is important to work for results, even more important is to put at the center those who do let this happen: the people.I devoted myself to listening to collaborators with a different ear, paying attention to what were those motivators behind the requests and I understood that people do not ask for things just because they ask, that there is a more important reason behind them, reasons like family, their people and work growth, hobbies, balance in their lives, fulfill dreams and other desires.So I made the decision that if I wanted this to happen, I had to be part of it and take action. Responsible For Performance Evaluation And TrainingNational Emergency Response And Security System 9-1 Nov 2017 - Jul 2021• Structuring, operationalization and continuity of the Performance Appraisal and Training Department. • Preparation and implementation of the first institutional training plan, which in the first year affected more than 1,100 employees in their areas of activity, aimed at improving processes, services and technologies, with an investment of RD23,000,000. • Design, implementation and continuity of the institutional performance evaluation process, being rewarded according to its positive results more of 650 collaborators. • Management and obtaining of 15 scholarships for collaborators in the areas of technology, quality and processes, including certifications and diplomas, meaning a saving of approximately RD$ 1,000,000 in the budget of the annual Training Plan. • Management and obtaining of 5 grants of 65% for Master’s and Post-graduate areas with FUNIBER for areas related to the positions of the beneficiaries. • Implementation of a program for the study of Sign Language for collaborators, starting with 30 call-receiving operators, for an inclusive response to emergencies. • In 2020, during the pandemic, the training plan was reformulated and implemented using virtuality as a medium, through organizations such as INFOTEP, INAP, CAPGEFI and platforms such as Eventbrite, EDX, Coursera, Intras, Teorema, among others. Some 18,216 training hours and 1623 events were held. • Design and implementation of the internal facilitator program, with 28 collaborators completing the program between 2020-2021. • Implementation of the “Leadership to Save Lives” program in coordination with the company Dale Carnegie for all managers (Zona Metropolitana y Santiago), being chosen as a success story for a government company and selected as the winning project to receive recognition for its guidance in applying best practices in leadership in Chile.
