OneMain Financial: working as Branch Manager Trainee for a few months now. It is a fast pace environment. We are here to help out our customers and get them the money they need.TitleMax:I started in the company as a CSR. I learn the ropes and understood the title lending process before I was comfortable taking on the task as a Store Manager. Being a Store manager I was in charge of collection payments that were do. I had to call the people that have not made a pymt and made sure a payment was processed or set up payment arrangement and making sure the customer kept the arrangement. From there I became the Store Manager. Here I do a little of everything, from taking payments, getting arrangements, seeing if we have to repossess vehicles and who to put them out with. Along with all that I am responsible for getting new accounts and setting up task for my employees to get done during the day. Also have to build relationships with other businesses.
