Leadership role in the support and maintenance of Computer Science Corporation’s (CSC) Repetitive Payment System (RPS) and other in-house quotation and administration systems.•Led a team of 3 in a 12 month system of RPS Version 16 to Version 19; converted data for 150,000 annuitants; installed, trouble-shot and tested the application; analyzed and retrofitted customized programs; created a new batch schedule and reviewed and updated batch job documentation; reported problems to the vendors and implemented and tested solutions.•Successfully developed and implemented a ledger account reconciliation required for integration to new corporate systems.•Provided help-desk support for 60+ users, as well as production support, •Analyzed problems and implemented solutions to ensure RPS 21 hours on-line availability daily.•Created an automated letter interface saving the Payout Annuity Business Centre 3,700 hours annually.
