Training and support to acquire new goals had had always been given by my managers and colleagues, and I am immensely grateful for this opportunityToday, unfortunately, following the Covid-19 pandemic and the impact on the hospitality sector, my role has been redundant, but after this experience, I am ready to face a new chapter in my professional career.Example of some of my tasks:• Developed and communicate standard operating procedures to a team of 12 multi-skilled engineers and decorators.• Workflows adapted to meet unexpected challenges that arise from reactive maintenance issues.• Prioritize activities that present a health and safety risk and schedule health and safety routines such as weekly fire alarms and sprinkler tests.• Use system reports to improve efficiency and increase productivity.• Inventory management of stock for the department, collection of purchase orders, management of goods received.• Assisted the chief engineer in monitoring the budget for some cost lines.• Supported engineers during the implementation of a new facilities management system.
