Italy Training Services Partner Manager activities:Selection and Development/Enablement of third parties as trainers on IBM Training Classes.Promoting IBM training reselling contract on IBM Business Partners.

Work with key/strategic IBM EMEA customer executives in resolving critical situations and/or customer satisfaction issues; empowered to escalate to the senior leadership team (SLT) and use appropriate IBM resources in addition to being responsible for creating and owning the resolution action plan and all communication between the customer and the IBM SLT and appropriate sales team.
