Shape Colombia Project objective was to enhanced the development of social skills in 27,000 students of more than 100 public schools in Bogotá, through sessions in English and French in a classroom known as "Immersion Classrooms" lead by 400 international teachers annually, from more than 50 countries.• Coordinated a team of 14-16 English Teachers per semester and tracked their daily tasks in 8 schools of Bogotá.• Compiled and analysed nearly 400 student reports for weekly attendance and monthly performance per semester, to evaluate the success of the project for our stakeholders.• Improved communication channels between all the stakeholders through regular one to one, group meetings and Emails.• Interviewed and analysed more than 100 profiles each year, to select a group of 24/30 teachers.• Advised 12-14 teachers per semester in their legal procedures like visas, bank accounts and registration in the health insurance system.• Built strong cooperation relations with AIESEC international teams, like Italy and Brazil, allowing all of us to obtain global achievements.
