• Shape Colombia Project objective was to enhanced the development of social skills in 27,000 students of more than 100 public schools in Bogotá, through sessions in English and French in a classroom known as "Immersion.
• Coordinated a team of 14-16 English Teachers per semester and tracked their daily tasks in 8 schools of Bogotá.
• Compiled and analysed nearly 400 student reports for weekly attendance and monthly performance per semester, to evaluate the success of the project for our stakeholders.

• Interviewed and analysed more than 100 profiles each year, to select a group of 24/30 teachers.
