I have been with Be Positive since I graduated June 2013. Be Positive specialises in helping customers build and grow their Business Analysis capabilities. We work with customers to enhance their project delivery capability, by focussing on improving the customer's ability to produce business requirements.While working at Be Positive I have been working on a customer site conducting business analysis, within IT and Change. Defining business requirements and monitoring the traceability of the requirements through some projects as well as learning to develop my business analysis skill set, through new and challenging experiences. I have also helped develop internal Be Positive initiatives, implementing a new marketing strategy, based on content marketing principles and a new inbound website.

Greenock

Main role was to carefully manage and prepare highly confidential documents before scanning. I was responsible for creating barcodes with each record/files metadata and verifying a match between the barcode and each individual document for automatic indexing.

Main role was to supervise the general running of the bar at functions or rugby events. I have learned to work productively in a team, and when required, lead and delegate to other members of staff.
