Hey, my name is Luisa and I’m a newer investor in the area. Currently my husband and I are focusing our business on buying residential real estate to rehab and put back on the market to immediately sell. We’ve some experience as investors and are looking to continue the trend. Such is the purpose of this email….we’re looking to align ourselves with like minded investors and build relationships professionally that will benefit each of us. In marketing to potential motivated property owners, we are seeing many opportunities to buy/control, fix and sell. For those that we are not interested in closing on, yes, like many, we will attempt to wholesale it out to those investors interested in those properties. For those that we are interested in fixing and then selling, we are looking for those investors that would be willing to co-rehab with us….we find them; you provide the funds for purchase and repair for roughly 70% of the after repaired value….we do an equity split of 60/40…..with the money provider receiving the 60% of net proceeds. My husband and I welcome the opportunity to meet and discuss the potentials…..we are not interested in hardmoney from companies…we are looking to do business with someone we can put our hands on face to face…..why?
