Responsible for guiding video production projects from conception to completion to advance economic reconciliation for the Indigenous Peoples of Canada, editing long and short-form educational video content, and taking on the overall look and feel of the company's video content in 2D and VR. My participation was vital to helping drive the strategy and execution of video projects while supporting and leading key internal and external stakeholders. During this role, I designed tech-forward immersive and inspiring learning experiences (Interactive Virtual Tours) to improve Indigenous Peoples' connection to their cultural traditions and career aspirations. I was responsible for establishing the Virtual Tours' look, feel and functionality while collaborating with the development team to validate the precise implementation and ensure creative alignment. I was also responsible for developing production pipelines for interactive virtual tours and provided direction to the production crew and third-party 360-film crews on all fronts, including logistical coordination. Additional to my production manager and designer role, I was also responsible for editing educational short-form content for the company's promotion across social media channels.

In this role, I was responsible for defining and communicating the high-level vision shaping the studio's virtual reality content. While designing interactive narrative content, I worked closely with other team Leads to tie together all design, visual, narrative, and technical elements to create immersive interactive VR experiences on the Unity engine. I was also responsible for directing the artistic aspects of 360 VR video production. Direct cast during rehearsals and recording. Determine treatment, scope, and production scheduling and plan and oversee the 360 video footage post-production.Additionally, I collaborate in designing and implementing a production pipeline for live-action 360 virtual reality (VR)/immersive experiences.

I worked as a Video Editor and marketing content creator for a Music and Audio production studio; I was responsible for producing short-form documentary-style content paced by carefully selecting music for emotion-driven results.

I had to delegate and schedule tasks for the post-production team while acting as a hands-on video editor, Innovating, iterating, and improving the efficiency of the post-production pipeline.
