My area of performance includes:- Monitoring progress closely to identify potential problems early on and take corrective action.- Identifying and managing risks to mitigate their impact.- Improving resource allocation to ensure that the right resources are assigned to the right tasks at the right time.- Improving communication and stakeholder engagement by keeping stakeholders informed of the project's progress and any potential problems.- Supporting the bidding process by analyzing all technical documents, sharing with qualified bidders, and overviewing all received proposals guiding owners in hiring decisions.- Support the Project Owner with the Project Life Cycle from the Kick-off to the Closing Meetings.

My responsibilities include:- Defining, implementing, and revising operational policies and procedures.- Oversee all aspects of training and mentoring less experienced Project Management staff on the daily duties required to manage a construction project effectively.- Know and understand the workings of each service level.- Provide reporting and assistance with budget planning and forecasting.- Remain current on all necessary technology platforms used by company.- Manage overall planning, design, and construction process and orchestrate all activities related to design and construction.- Coordinate with the Architect, Contractor, and other project team members to meet the project objectives and resolve issues.

My responsibilities include: -Daily operations of the purchasing department and activities.- Lead the bidding process, negotiation of agreements, completion of the buyout, scope of work review, contract writing, insurance and bonding reviews.- Read and Interpret Construction Plans and Specifications.- Maintain standard job cost reporting including job cost comparisons and projecting. - Preparing change orders and notices.- Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and assisting with obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.- Negotiate final cost and scope of work for all subcontracts.

My responsibilities included:- Utilizing scheduling and time management to assure critical tasks were executed as needed to maintain projects.- Thoroughly reviewing the plans and specifications for conflicts, deficiencies, and constructability.- Assisting with making weekly schedule updates based on site progress. Assured schedules were distributed weekly to all subcontractors, vendors, owners or other interested parties.- Proficiently using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.), Autodesk and Procore to produce clear documentation and communications.- Updated and distributed documents such as design drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, potential change items, change orders, schedules, etc.

- Interior Design of High-End Residential Construction and Commercial. - My scope of work began at sales contacting and following up with the client. - After that I would begin the design based on my notes, and inspiration pictures previously selected and approved. - Once the project was approved, I supervised the production and installation making sure the project was followed correctly and the customer was happy with the end result.
