Provide individualized services to veterans in the form of an objective assessment, individual employment plan, and regular weekly contact with a caseload of 40+ veterans to record appropriate administrative notes and services provided. Collaborate with Local Veteran Outreach Specialist to conduct monthly and quarterly outreach efforts to expand internal network of veteran friendly employers and community veteran programs to partner with EDD on our ongoing efforts to hire and assist veterans. Planned, resourced and oversaw the execution of 120 Soldiers being qualified and certified on military police functions and weapons proficiency to deploy in support of a 9 month international law enforcement mission. Deployed to Grafenwoehr, Germany in support of a multi-national military police operation consisting of over 60 personnel with different backgrounds, nationalities and job positions.Supervised 40 Soldiers during the execution of over a 6 month operational mission which resulted in the safety and welfare of over 25,000 Joint Service Members, DoD Civilians and their Family Members.Managed labor, productivity, and quality control of over 1000 military police reports and ensured accurate and timely delivery of products to supported communities and superiors.
