Transformation and management of change projects , assuming the following main roles: Project planning, business case design and presentation, budgeting, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, functional definition, definition of implementation strategy, governance, risk management, change requests management, user acceptance testing, reporting, impact assessments, operational readiness, training and change management, post implementation checks.Key Projects: - Definition and implementation of Investment and Insurance processes on iPad- Send Home to Sign: definition of a new functionality for allowing customers to sign contracts and transactions online.- New tool implementation for Investment products and MIFID (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive) documentation central archive- Workgroup Europe Retail Business Banking ‘Fixing the basics’: entailed identifying the key 3-5 operational issues that needed 'fixing' in order to improve the customer experience across Europe (Spain, Portugal, France and Italy), and designing and implementing the required solutions.- Biometric Signature implementation

Process reengineering and improvement. New process design and implementation. Management of complex and strategic projects. Key Projects: New systems implementation: - “Debt Manager” is an end to end workflow process system for operations Collections and Recoveries. - ‘HP Exstream’ - “Printing Workbench” solution for printing contracts - ‘Imaging & Workflow’-Digitalization of documentation and images and transferral to customer files. Design of risk operational processes based on LEAN methodology ‘Loan Refinance’: new processes definition and implementation.Branch Process Improvements: Requirements gathering and process improvement implementation covering operational activities and investments processes.Responsible for the implementation and compliance of the “Transaction Operations” Policy which covered the management of critical end-to-end process.Other: Summer program working in branches supporting their commercial activities.
