Luisa Cetina is a key member of the Dispute Resolution and Forensics & Investigations teams at ALN Kenya, and co-heads the firm’s International Trade practice. She is a seasoned litigator and investigator, acting as lead counsel on complex cross-border matters, including international arbitrations, complex investigations, and commercial litigation. Luisa is particularly recognised for her expertise in managing crises in volatile environments.

Luisa was Of Counsel at A&K where she supported the firm's Dispute Resolution and Forensics & Investigations teams with a focus on complex dispute resolution, antitrust, international arbitration, forensic investigations, financial crime, corporate intelligence and crisis management.

Luisa led a large team responsible for the business development, marketing & communications and events activities of A&K, its affiliated offices in Tanzania and the UAE, as well as the ALN alliance in 15 countries, including the overall management of strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship activities, planning, coordination and implementation of business plans, and assessment and penetration of new markets.

Luisa was a Senior Associate and member of the Global Competition Group at White & Case in New York, where she represented clients in multi-jurisdictional civil and criminal antitrust matters, complex business disputes and international arbitration proceedings.
