Management of the company's public affairs strategy for Colombia's and SCA&C region operation. Monitoring and analysis of legislative and regulatory issues of interest to the company and its different areas, as well as dialogue and continuous work with them to identify possible risks and opportunities. Leadership of relationships and participation in relevant industry associations for the industry as Asocreto and ACM; accompaniment and advice in the general relationship of the company and its business units with authorities, legislators, local governments, and the community to guarantee its operational continuity.

In charge of strategic planning in terms of public affairs for clients and execution of these relationship plans with key stakeholders. Development of Relationship with key audiences in matters of cross-cutting public affairs to the Company; Regulatory Intelligence (Identification, monitoring, and analysis of initiatives that are processed in the Congress of the Republic, in entities of the executive power and entities of the decentralized sector); Political analysis (proposals and positions of political parties, analysis of electoral situations and political appointments against the needs and priorities of clients); Strategic and tactical construction of workshops or public affairs events for clients and company participation in external forums or events; Management of clients in charge, execution of their contracts, external advisors and possible suppliers.

Spokesperson of the sector before the Government and regulatory entities, international organizations and other sectors to defend and negotiate based on the sector's position and interests in terms of competitiveness, standards and regulations; management of platforms and social networks of the Chamber; analysis and identification of regulations and situations of interest to the sector and development of spaces for dialogue between the authorities and businessmen for the formulation and review of public policies that allow and strengthen the competitiveness and productivity of the industry, guaranteeing surveillance and control of the state in the market; and participation in institutional programs aimed at improving the competitiveness and international presence of the sector. Preparation of foreign trade reports for affiliates, the media, and the public sector and the Chamber's annual Strategic Plan in an articulated manner with stakeholders and affiliated companies, as well as its quarterly monitoring. Preparation and sending of the weekly bulletin of the Chamber with relevant information; I am also in charge of the sector issues that are handled directly with the PTP (Productive Transformation program of the Ministry of Commerce) related to competitiveness and internationalization and the coordination of events and administrative issues of the Chamber.
